Durban Business College’s Work experience programme offers you the following:
 Simulated activities in the lecture room (projects, case studies, scenarios, presentation skills
and more. AND
 A one month In-Service Training at a company of your choice. It is compulsory for all one
year students to complete this programme. This gives you the opportunity to get an insight
by observing people at work while you put into practice what you have learnt at DBC. This
is also a great time for you to network and make contacts among working personnel for
future employment opportunities. We will guide and support you in this process to ensure
that you get the opportunity to get a head start in your chosen career.

Student loans are available through banks or financial institutions. Easy payment plans are

Minimum requirements:
– Grade 12, 11 or 10 or
– A Recognition of Prior Learning Assessment (RPL) to meet basic requirements or
– Work experience
Entrance requirements:
– Enrolment signed by learner and legal guardian with contact numbers
– Copy of ID (learner and legal guardian)
– Copy of last school report
– 2 x ID photos for student card
– Registration Fee: as per pricelist
– Proof of residence (Utility Bill)
HOW TO REGISTER
– You may make an appointment to meet with one of our consultants.
– Complete the Registration Form and return to us with all documents attached.
– The Deposit must accompany the Registration Form.
– Once you are accepted as a DBC student, you or your legal guardian will receive an
Acceptance Letter confirming that you are registered with DBC.
